I suppose reinvent the wheel isn’t the best way to make much more in less, I think is better to get inspired and make our work easier with these flexible customer journey map create to giants from giants.

What is customer journey mapping? Some fonts say “A customer journey map (sometimes called a user journey map or UX map) is a visualization of a customer’s experience with your brand, from awareness to purchase and beyond.”

I Say it is just your big picture vision about your client’s touchpoints with your product and service. Please Don’t forget that ;)
