We’ve raised a 125k EUR an ANGEL funding round

Believe it or not, but once we used to run a typical recruitment agency. While looking for the best IT specialists we could not believe the mess and noise which exists around tech recruitment process. At one point we had realised what is the reason for this. Still in 2016 (when we set up the company) recruiters were looking for keywords on a candidate’s resume. This made them end up with making gut call interview decisions. In the result great people were rejected because they didn’t have credentials and great companies missed out on hiring them.

And this is why we had started CodersFirst!

Our goal as a company is to give the opportunity for anyone, from anywhere, to be evaluated on their skills. It’ll help programmers show their abilities, companies on the other hand, will be provided with well-verified candidates ready for a final interview. Talented people will be able to focus on their personal growth -looking for a job will no longer be a full time job. Companies will be able to speed up their growth thanks to great workforce.

And now, we’re excited to announce we’ve raised 125k EUR an ANGEL funding round. It’s great to be a part of HR Software Market which is forecasted to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) 2.4% reaching $9.2 billion by 2022 (according to Market Research Media Raport).

We’re using the funding to invest in building out our engineering&research scientists team.

What excites us about it even more is possibility to hire the best specialist in Big Data, Machine Learning and AI.
