Exciting Update for Our Community: Streamlining CorePass with Enhanced Japanese Transliteration

Dear Core Community,

We’re thrilled to share an important update with you, one that marks a significant step forward in enhancing your CorePass experience, especially for our Japanese users. After extensive collaboration with our service provider, we’ve resolved the transliteration issues from Japanese to English. This update is all about making your experience smoother and more efficient.

The Issue We Faced:
We identified transliteration challenges affecting our Japanese community members, impacting the accuracy of document translation within CorePass. We’ve worked tirelessly with our service provider to address these issues.

The Plan to Rectify the Situation:

The resolution will be in effect from Monday, January 15 at 6 PM GMT+9 (Japanese Time). It involves a few critical steps on your end, which we’ve outlined below.

Your Assets Are Safe:

Before we delve into the process, we want to assure you:

- Your trades, profile, data, XCB, CTN, and other coins are secure, adhering to stringent security measures.

- You will not lose any funds currently in your possession.

- Your trade and withdrawal history will remain intact.

- Your Core ID will stay the same.

Preparations:

1. Seed Phrase: Ensure you have your Seed Phrase written down. You’ll need it to recover your account. If unsure, find it in the Settings, accessible via your PIN Code.

2. Close Open Trades on Ping Exchange: To avoid disruptions, close all open trades. You won’t be able to do this once the process starts.

3. Timing: The platform will be inaccessible during the update. To minimize impact, we advise going through the process as soon as it becomes available after the specified start time.

4. Do Not Start Early: Begin the process only after Monday, January 15, 6 PM GMT+9.

The Process:

1. Account Deletion/Reinstallation: Go to settings and delete your account or reinstall the application.

2. Account Recovery: Upon return, opt NOT to recover your account. Instead, choose to recover with your Seed Phrase.

3. Seed Phrase Input: Enter your Seed Phrase.

4. Document Verification: Your account will now contain Vouchers for previously verified documents and information, free of charge. Verify these anew.

5. Wait for Minting: Allow time for your documents and information to be minted.

6. KYC on Ping Exchange: Log in and complete the new KYC process.

7. Compliance Approval: Give our officers time to approve your recovered account.

Reassurance:

We guarantee that all digital assets, trading, and withdrawal histories are safe and linked to your CoreID. They will be immediately accessible post-completion of the process. This update is designed to enhance your experience while maintaining the utmost security and integrity of your data.

In blockchain technology, once data is entered, it cannot be deleted — this immutability is what ensures the reliability and trustworthiness of the system. However, when updates or corrections are necessary, as with our transliteration issues, the original data cannot simply be erased. Our solution involves rendering the old data invalid and replacing it with corrected information. This step is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our system and ensuring the accuracy of the data on the blockchain. By following these steps, you are playing a key role in enhancing the CorePass experience, contributing to the strength and efficiency of our ecosystem.
