With Apple’s Worldwide Developer Conference on its way here is what to expect from Apple’s latest event, this is a preview from Hardware all the way to Software:

Hardware (Mac Pro)

Apple alluded to this device arriving on the shelf at the last event when they said there was one more device left to complete the transition from Intel-based Macs to Apple’s own silicon Macs, the Mac Pro would successfully complete this transition and will be Apple’s most powerful device yet.

Analysts expect this Mac to come with an M2 chip instead of the M1 designed chips we have been seeing, macrumors.com have a firm idea of what the design is going to include, they say the design is going to stay the same with a stainless steel frame and aluminium housing:

The ‌Mac Pro‌ is expected to continue to use the same stainless steel frame and aluminium housing with a dual-sided logic board and easy access to the interior for adding and removing components. There’s been no word on whether the thermal architecture will change, and it will still feature the same three-dimensional interlocking hemispheres for heat dissipation purposes.
