BTW, You Should Use Arch

And why you should consider using Linux in general.

If you’re into Linux distributions, you might have noticed the picture above shows a run of the popular neofetch tool. However, something’s off — it does not match the article’s title. The logo on the left is not Arch’s logo, but Debian’s. If you noticed, great, you’ve probably used some distribution of Linux before. If you even got a little angry and were already on your way to leave a corrective comment, congratulations, I’d guess you’re already an advanced Linux user.

Is Arch the distribution to go for?

So, if I know about the picture’s mistake, why did I choose it? Was it on purpose maybe? You might still be wondering about it. There are two valid reasons for it. The first one is that the distribution you’re using does not matter too much. Sure, you might not like the user interface of one distro or the package manager of another, but, it’s not a dealbreaker, you can just replace it with some other distribution then (Quick hint at that point: Create your own partition for home directory if you’re likely to change distros). No matter which you choose next, it’s still most likely going to be Linux. It’s the philosophy that matters and convinces the users — Open Source, equality, freedom.
