Library and Framework. Framework and Library.

Two terms are commonly used interchangeably but with an obvious difference.

¿what is the difference?

Who calls who.

In the case of libraries, your code calls the library.

In the case of frameworks, the framework calls your code.

That’s all folks. That is the secret behind libraries and frameworks.

One last thing

The people with turtleneck sweaters who speaks from the land of dogmatism call this thing of “being called instead of call”, inversion of control.

That’s all folks.

Maybe it is time to subscribe to Medium and enjoy lots and lots of amazing stories (maybe not this, but I assure you that there are very good ones).

You can subscribe to Medium HERE using my link. I will get a share of it, and maybe with that money I could hire a writing coach and finally write something decent 😋.
