Google just launched a new feature (for now in preview) called Continuous Queries.

Continuous queries let you build long-lived, continuously processing SQL statements that can analyze, process, and perform machine learning (ML) inference on incoming data in BigQuery in real time[1]. This feature really make sense because now and in the future more and more data will be generated, companies which quickly analyze the data or can integrate and use it quickly to improve machine learning algorithms will have a major advantage over companies which can not react that quick.

Another feature which will improve and fasten this process of data analysis is also Data Canvas which lets you ask questions against BigQuery in natural language. This feature will also enable more non technical users to analyze (Big) Data within BigQuery.
