Indian Engineers would Always be Cheap Labour but that’s Economics Not Engineering!

Historically, when software jobs were getting outsourced to offshore locations, it was mainly on the basis of cost-cutting. As more and more projects started getting outsourced to India, many service companies came into prominence. These companies made a heavy profit by paying low salaries to the engineers and in return extracted long hours of work.
