iPhone 14 vs iPhone 13: is it worth $100 Extra?

Apple just released the iPhone 14 and today we’re going to look at some cheaper iPhone alternatives that are ligament clones of this device.

The iPhone 13:

The iPhone 13(2021) shares the exact same chip, same body, and two times slower 5G capabilities.

That last point isn’t as bad as you think as 5g networks are not as reliable as 4G and are more likely to be interfered with by large objects and buildings.

The iPhone 13 has incredible speeds that are more than enough for the every-day-person.

The iPhone 13 also has a SIM tray, a feature that the iPhone 14 fails to include, this is in part with Apple's push for e-SIM (a Digital SIM Service).

The e-SIM technology is not exclusive to the iPhone 14, the 13 is capable of carrying two e-SIMs + a physical one.

The iPhone 14:

Now while it may look the same, the 14 comes with a whole list of new features.

This includes: Crash-Detection, Emergency SOS Via Satellite (Which allows you to get help even in the most remote places on earth (i.e. the North Pole, Sahara Dessart .etc.)

One extra hour of battery life, although this may vary on how intense you’re usage is. It has an e-SIM…
