Go to this page.
Click the Download button.
Double click the installer to run.
Check the boxes you want. I always want my bin added to the PATH so that I can access stuff from the command line, but just be aware that if you have a bunch of other python stuff in your PATH this can cause conflicts.
Click the Install button.
Open Pycharm
