MEETUPS/EVENTS ATTENDED

• Random Hacks of Kindness 1/6/18 to 2/6/18: Completed my very first hackathon.
• React Sydney meetup 4/6/18: Learned about the uses of codesandbox and Portal the good, the bad, and the ugly.
• SydCSS meetup 7/6/18: Cobra Style Sheets: Weather Domination with CSS, turning language into light, and what css variables can do (that sass cannot)

CHALLENGES/HIGHLIGHTS OF THE WEEK

CHALLENGE: The challenge on break as always is finding balance between study and having an actual break. My list of to-dos was of course too large for the week.

HIGHLIGHT: Finding the right balance between study and play was the highlight of the week. I was able to attend my first hackathon as well as two other meetups while at the same time see a movie and visit the Blue Mountains for my 2nd weekend of the break.
