CHALLENGES/HIGHLIGHTS OF THE WEEK

CHALLENGE: Prioritizing class, class challenges, meetups, and interviewing practice was and will be a challenge the rest of the way forward. We are learning a whole lot in the next 3 weeks and then have the largest project for another 3 weeks after this. Meanwhile, we are interviewing for internships.

HIGHLIGHT: Learning React has been a lot of fun this week. I’ve really begun to enjoy JavaScript and specifically React. Another highlight was interviewing for an internship opportunity.

RESOURCE OF THE WEEK

CODEWARS: A coding challenge website

A fun and dare I say addicting website that allows you to complete coding challenges. I’ve found that it’s a great tool to keep my coding practice up. It’s biggest benefit is that you can jump right into coding without any setup.
