BCS and CBF are pleased to announce a joint bursary that will see 150 individual members of CBF provided with a year’s free BCS membership, as well as a range of mentoring and other career development benefits.
Meet Tracy, Chisha, and Amma — who were all recipients of the CBF x BCS Membership Bursary 2021. They shared with us their top 3 benefits of having BCS memberships!
Tracy — Technical Consultant:
1. The BCS membership has helped me gain access to learning materials that have helped me on my self-learning journey but also helped me in my master’s degree in AI.
2. I gain weekly insights about tech trends and issues impacting various roles in tech. I have been able to keep up with a lot of the tech news since becoming a member which has helped me significantly.
3. Gaining access to professionals in the industry and being able to network and hear their challenges and interests has been inspiring. Being able to attend the career talks has been eye-opening and really encouraging.
Chisha — Software Developer:
