Jeff Bezos — repeatedly talks about customer experience and how amazon is obsessed about it. Some of the most successful restaurateurs have understood the importance of customer experience and working things backwards from the customer.

When we think about our business — “Customer should come first” in our thought process and we have to think backwards about adapting our business model with changing behavior and needs of the customer.

We should ask questions like :-

How can we re-invent our business to solve for new customer problems?

What kind of long term decisions should we make about our business for better future?

How can we improve the overall customer experience of our restaurant/brand from order-taking to fulfillment?

So far, we depended on our common knowledge to make decisions — but currently technology landscape, customer behavior and market needs have changed. We have to re-invent, re-learn & re-organize for the long term to serve our customers better — both as individual business and together as an industry.

“CoEats collective” is creating technology and protocols to benefit the long term future of F&B industry while also ensuring short term sustainability.

CoEats.org is the home to our activism and free to use software. Our agenda is to build a digital democracy for the restaurant industry.

Kindly follow CoEats for us to form a collective — Because we are #InThisTogether.
