The Little Sunflower

As the little sunflower grows,

What will come of it, no one knows.

Perhaps, it will grow big and tall.

Maybe it will become the most beautiful sunflower of all.

Will its yellow color be the brightest of metaphorical light,

its life bringing forth the utmost delight?

As the little sunflower grows,

Time will never be able to tell,

another little sunflower’s story so well.
