Tis The Season For Hallmark Christmas Movies

If you are anything like me, you absolutely love the Hallmark channel, especially during Christmas time! Beginning on October 26th, the Hallmark channel is the place you can count on to air all of your Christmas favorites as well as new holiday movies that run until the end of the holiday season. This year, the Hallmark channel and Hallmark Movies and Mysteries will be debuting 37 new original movies guaranteed to get you into a festive mood. Below are summaries of each of these wonderful movies.

Hallmark Channel:

  1. Christmas at Pemberley Manor

As Christmas gets closer, Elizabeth Bennett, an event planner from New York, is sent to a small town in New England to organize their holiday festival. When she arrives, she finds William Darcy, a prominent billionaire who has lost his holiday spirit, and is in the process of selling the family home she hoped to use has the location of the festival. Determined to make her event a success, Elizabeth talks Darcy into letting her hold the festival at the historical picturesque Manor. They work together on putting on the festival, and they begin to develop feelings for each other. However, things begin to get complicated when the festival gets shut down unexpectedly. Elizabeth and Darcy go their separate ways, and Darcy moves ahead with his plans to sell Pemberley Manor On Christmas Eve, Elizabeth is hopeful that she can successfully for a Christmas miracle to restore the festival, save the estate, as well as her newfound romance with William Darcy.

2. Christmas Joy

Joy Holbrook is a hard-working market researcher who is hopeful to land her company’s top account and get promoted at work. She receives a phone call from back home Cedar Falls from her aunt’s best friend that her on Ruby hurt her ankle, and is in the hospital. Joy returns home to help with the cookie crawl and the gingerbread competition so that her Aunt can focus on healing. Back home, she is reunited with her high school crush Ben Andrew. Ben is amused that Joy volunteers for the crawl because she is unaware of what a large task it is that she is undertaking. Initially, she refuses his offer to assist her but soon send against to let him in and realize what a good team they make, and how much she misses home. Joy returns to her job, and reconsiders accepting the promotion for a more fulfilling offer in Cedar Falls.

3. Road to Christmas

Los Angeles television producer Maggie Baker unintentionally falls for Danny Wise, during a road trip from LA to Vermont. Danni is the son and former producer of his mother’s popular annual Christmas special. When Maggie’s plan to reunite Danny and his two brothers with Julia during the live broadcast in Vermont does not go as planned Maggie is reminded that above all, it is the love for family and friends that is most important.

4. It’s Christmas, Eve

As an interim school superintendent, it is Eve’s job to fix school budgets and now that she is in her hometown, it gets personal. Her mother’s neighbor Liam is a music teacher and Eve feels his program must be cut. Before long, Eve is reminded of what it feels like to be part of her town. She and Liam come up with a plan to raise money during an annual town choir concert, and tree lighting ceremony where Liam’s students perform. They are able to raise more than enough money to save the music program. The universe continues to work in positive ways, it brought Eve is back home and she, Liam, and his daughter look like they might be celebrating many a future Christmas.

5. Christmas in Love

Ellie Hartman is an aspiring crafter working in her small town’s bakery. When the new CEO Nick Carlingson visits the bakery, he wants to lay off employees and have a machine to make the cookies. During his visit, Nick learns how to make a Kringle, and he begins to learn that it is the people who make the business a success, not just the profit. Nick has the opportunity to meet more of the employees, as well as the townspeople. He visits the local food bank and begins to see all the kindness that the town has to offer. Nick helps Ellie realize that she can fulfill her own dreams of crafting and making wreaths. Ellie begins to fall for Nick but she is hurt when she sees something on Nick’s computer about making the bakery more automated. When Nick finally tells the employees his future ideas for the company, Ellie must decide if she should trust him, but more importantly, whether to take a leap of faith in making her own dreams come true.

6. Christmas at Graceland

Laurel, a Chicago-based business executive travels to her hometown of Memphis to secure one of the city’s oldest family-owned banks. While in Memphis, Laurel reunites with her old boyfriend Clay, a local music promoter. Though Laurel tries to stay focused on the business at hand, Clay is very persuasive reminding her of the days when they were performing together.

7. Christmas in Evergreen: Letters to Santa

When Lisa takes a last-minute Christmas trip to her hometown of Evergreen, she finds that the historic general store has been closed. Using her skills as a professional retail designer, Lisa decides to keep local tradition alive and help the good people of Evergreen bring the store back to life. As Lisa charms a local contractor named Kevin into working with her, the pair find themselves facing one surprise after another as they restore the store. When the staff at the Kringle Kitchen temporarily accept the store’s beloved “Mailbox to Santa” for safekeeping, the townspeople find and rally around a 25-year-old letter that never made it to the North Pole. Lisa begins to have feelings for Kevin, the traditions, and the town of Evergreen.

8. Reunited for Christmas

Struggling with writer’s block, novelist Samantha, along with her boyfriend, heads home to her late grandmother’s home to spend one last Christmas there with her family. While at home with family, her grandmother made a to-do list that her family must follow to recreate old family traditions. By following grandmother’s list, not only was Samantha it won’t open up, but so was her entire family. Revealing that family and love held the true meaning of Christmas.

9. Christmas at the Palace

Katie, a former professional ice skater, is hired by the king of San Senova, Alexander, to help his daughter in a Christmas ice skating performance. As Katie spends time in the castle and with the king, she and Alex begin to develop feelings for each other and ultimately fall in love. But will the tradition-loving people of San Senova allow their king to make a foreigner their queen?

10. Pride, Prejudice, and Mistletoe

Darcy has always worked hard to prove herself and be successful on her own terms, even choosing to start her own company, rather than work with her father, because she did not want people to think that she was handed something she did not earn Returning to her hometown for Christmas, Darcy reconnects with an old rival, restaurant owner Luke, and they are forced to plan a charity event together. As Darcy spends time with her family and Luke, she starts to realize what matters most in life and sets out to mend her relationship with her father and to better understand Luke.

11. Christmas Everlasting

Christmas is around the corner and years of long workdays employed at her law firm are finally paying off. Lucy Toomey will be made partner after the New Year. However, when Alice, her older sister with special needs, unexpectedly passes away, Lucy returns home to Wisconsin for the funeral and to settle things with the house. While Lucy does not want to return to her childhood home, because she feels guilty that she was not there for her sister like she could have been, and she was too busy to take her sister’s last call. Once she is back home, she meets with Peter who is her old high school boyfriend as well as her sister Alice’s attorney. Peter goes over the will with Lucy, which states that in order for her to inherit be family home, she must live there for 30 days until the holidays are over. While she is fulfilling this obligation, she finds some things out about her sister that she never knew, and she is able to spend time with her family, Peter, and Alice’s best friends. This gives her a sense of home and belonging that she did not realize she was longing for.

12. Shoe Addict’s Christmas

Noelle is at a crossroads in her life when it seems that love, a connection with her father, and her dream career are out of reach. When she stays late at her job in a department store on Christmas Eve, she accidentally gets locked in after closing. She is not worried about spending the night in the store…until a quirky woman appears out of nowhere in the shoe department and tells Noelle that she’s her guardian angel. Soon, Noelle finds herself revisiting Christmases past, present, and future as she must work with her new neighbor, a handsome, Christmas-loving firefighter, to plan the annual Christmas Charity Gala. Will teleporting to these different Christmases help Noelle opens up and find the true Spirit of Christmas? Will she realize that the only thing standing in the way of her feeling a sense of fulfillment in life is herself?

13. Mingle All the Way

Mingle All the Way is a new networking app designed to pair busy professionals together for upcoming events during the holiday season without long-term romance. Molly, the founder of the app, is determined to prove to her family that it is a success. Therefore, she joins the app in hopes to land a certain client. She meets another busy professional, Jeff. When Molly and Jeff are matched, they realize that they have met before. Regardless, they agree to stay matched for all their respective upcoming holiday events. As the pair gets closer, perhaps their business arrangement might turn into something more this holiday season.

14. A Majestic Christmas

Christmas in the town of Briar Falls will be bittersweet this year when architect Nell goes back to her hometown having been given the job of turning the historic Majestic Playhouse into a modern multiplex, much to the town’s objections. The Playhouse has been home to their annual Christmas event which has been a long-standing tradition for the town. This job is Nell’s first promotion and one she wishes she had not been chosen for, especially when she meets the new owner of the theater, Connor, whose vision and ideas are different then Nell’s. Since Connor has not had much experience celebrating Christmas, Nell hopes that she can show him how great in Christmas traditions can be during the town’s Twelve Day Festival, that he might just change his mind about making too many changes to the playhouse

15. Homegrown Christmas

After stepping down as CEO of her dream job, Maddie heads home for the holidays to clear her head. She finds herself running into her old high school sweetheart Carter, and tensions quickly arise. They are forced to work together to put on a dance for the high school. Carter and Maddie put their differences aside and rediscover what made them fall in love all those years ago.

16. Welcome to Christmas

Resort developer Madison Lane needs a location for a new ski resort. While she’s prepared to recommend the resort be placed in Mountain Park, her boss tells her to take a trip to Christmas, Colorado, to consider the location and the amenities package. On her way into town to meet with the mayor, Madison has a minor mishap with the town’s welcome sign. Sheriff Gage McBride gives Madison a ride into town so she can attend the meeting while the car is towed and repaired. Little does Madison know that the town is on a mission to convince her that Christmas is the best place for the new ski resort? Madison begins to love the community and the spirit of Christmas that runs through the town. There are some decisions to be made.

17. Entertaining Christmas

Claire is a cookbook author, crafting expert, and television personality who strives for perfection. As she contemplates retirement, her daughter Kara supposed to become the new face of her brand. The only problem is, Kara is unable to do any of the things that her mother is known for. When a young girl posts a video online asking for Claire to help welcome her deployed father home for Christmas, Kara is sent in her place in hopes that she can prove that she is able to successfully do the job. As Kara does her best to make a good impression, she gets more than she bargained for when the young girl’s uncle Joe turns out to be a reporter for the local paper, looking for his next story.

18. A Gingerbread Romance

With Christmas just a few weeks away, the architecture firm Taylor works for enters her in a contest in which the teams will design and build life-sized gingerbread houses. After the contest, Taylor will likely be getting a promotion in another city. The firm teams her up with Isabelle, a renowned French pastry chef with whom Taylor instantly dislikes

When Isabelle backs out of the contest, Taylor goes into a local bakery and meets Adam, a baker, and single dad, Taylor convinces Adam to partner with her for the contest, telling him that winning would give the bakery and his designs much-needed exposure. For years Taylor has been resistant to call anywhere home fearing it will only be temporary. However, the time she spends with Adam and his daughter in their home, decorating for the holidays and exploring the town at Christmas, fills her with a contentment and a place to call home.

19. Jingle Around the Clock

When Elle Bennet decides to reunite her college friends for a special Christmas celebration, her plans are changed when something comes up at work, the opportunity to spearhead a Christmas campaign. Much to her surprise, she’s forced to team up with Max to work on the campaign. They have completely different views on the holidays, but as they work together and learn more about each other’s traditions they find that they do like each other. Despite being pulled in so many directions, with the help of a little Christmas magic, will Elle find everything that she has been searching for?

20. Christmas Made to Order

When Steven hosts his family for Christmas, he and enlists help from holiday coordinator Gretchen to bring holiday joy to his home. Gretchen’s expert Christmas spirit brings Steven’s family together, but neither expected it to bring them closer to each other. After a great opportunity presents itself to Gretchen, she and Steven must decide what’s really important in life.

21. When Calls the Heart: The Greatest Christmas Blessing

When a group of orphans becomes stranded in Hope Valley for Christmas, their caretaker's sisters who have a mysterious background lead Bill to investigate the circumstances the surround their arrival. He discovers the sisters and their orphanage are in jeopardy, so Abigail and the other townspeople help to make sure they have a Christmas to remember. Elizabeth, who is preparing for the birth of her child, helps to show her students the importance of giving to others.

22. A Midnight Kiss

With only one week to prepare, Lisa Patterson and her family of party planners are given the task of planning in their company’s New Year’s Eve party for tech entrepreneur Megan Clark. However, when her brother breaks his leg and her parents go out of town on an already planned vacation, Lisa must ask for help from her brother’s friends from college, David in order to help her successfully pull the party. What she did not expect was to end up falling for David in the process.

Hallmark Movies & Mysteries:

  1. Marrying Father Christmas

When Miranda Chester set off to find information on her biological father during the first two installments of the movie. She never imagined her investigation would lead her to both the love of her life, Ian McAndrick, and the family she had always wanted, including Margaret Whitcomb and step-brother Peter Whitcomb. After she got engaged last Christmas, Miranda and Ian prepare for their Christmas wedding. While she is working out the details of her wedding surrounded by her new family members, Margaret begins a surprising romance with a friend from the past. Miranda’s wedding plans are quickly complicated when a mysterious visitor who claims to have ties to her late mother. He reaches out to her just days before her wedding. As Miranda’s wedding gets closer she needs to decide if she wants to spend one of the most important days of her life including this new family member, and must carefully navigate the first steps into the next chapter of her life with Ian.

2. A Veteran’s Christmas

Captain Grace Garland, a decorated U.S. veteran, ends up in a small town after two tours of search-and-rescue in Afghanistan. She had to leave her beloved search dog. Grace must rediscover her love of Christmas. When she finds herself stuck in River’s Crossing a few weeks before Christmas. The local judge, Joe Peterson offers her a place to stay on his property and takes it upon himself to show Grace everything she has been missing; Christmas, family, community, and love.

3. Return to Christmas Creek

Amelia Hughes a career-focused Chicago app developer lacking in holiday spirit returns to her hometown of Christmas Creek. She reunites with her childhood best friend Mike and her estranged uncle Harry whose mysterious rift with Amelia’s father divided her family during the holiday season when she was a child

4. A Godwink Christmas

As Christmas approaches, Paula, an antique appraiser, reluctantly accepts a marriage proposal from her boyfriend, Daniel, a career-focused attorney. When her Aunt Jane senses she has mixed emotions over the engagement, she invites Paula to come to visit her in Nantucket. When she gets to Nantucket, Paula plans a trip to Martha’s Vineyard where she meets Gary, the owner of an inn. When she is unable to leave due to bad weather, Paula stays at Gary’s Inn and she enjoys local holiday festivities with him. They begin to have feelings for each other but when the weather clears up, Paul returns to Nantucket. Aunt Jane quickly realizes that Paula has developed feelings for Gary, and she shares her belief that their meeting was God’s way of winking at her. To help her figure out which direction she should take in life. Much to Paula’s surprise, Daniel showed up to Nantucket, and Paula decides to move forward and go along with the marriage. When I get back home to St. Louis, Daniel continues his business ways, and a frustrated Paula finally realizes that they will not work out. When game invites her back to Nantucket for Christmas, Paula accepts her invitation, not realizing that she has a plan to get Paula and Gary reconnected.

5. Last Vermont Christmas

Megan, Bethany, and Mary are three sisters who return to their childhood home every year to celebrate Christmas. However, this year’s reunion will be bittersweet because their parents have put the house up for sale and the buyer happens to be Nash, Megan’s former childhood sweetheart.

6. Hope at Christmas

Sydney Ragsdale is recently divorced. She decides to spend Christmas in a house she inherited with her young daughter. As Sydney begins to spend more time at the local bookstore, she meets a teacher, Mac, who also fills in for the town Santa. Mac tries to make Christmas wishes come true, and this year Sydney is at the top of his nice list. As a new opportunity with the bookstore unfolds, Mac helps Sydney open herself up to life, love, and believing in the spirit of Christmas again.

7. Christmas on Honeysuckle Lane

Emma returns home to celebrate Christmas for the last time with her siblings in the house they grew up in. After their parents’ recent passing, the siblings reluctantly agree to sell the family home on Honeysuckle Lane, leaving Emma in charge of the belongings in the house. While Emma’s mother’s collection is being appraised, they find a hidden surprise that takes them on a journey to discover the power of love and family during the holidays.

8. Christmas Wonderland

Heidi initially left her small town of Pleasant Valley with the dream of one day becoming a successful painter, has put her own art on hold to excel as an art gallery curator. Now, a week before the gallery’s big Christmas party, she must return home to watch her niece and nephew. She comes face to face with her high school love, Chris, now a teacher, who is in over his head after he must find a new last-minute location for the Christmas dance. Heidi offers to help him and together they discover a beautiful place for the dance, perfectly capturing the Christmas spirit, called Wonderland Farms. The more time Heidi spends in Pleasant Valley getting ready for the dance, the more she finds the inspiration to start painting again. Heidi becomes torn between the life she built, in the life that she left in Pleasant Valley.

9. Once Upon a Christmas Miracle

Told she would have less than a few months to live without a liver transplant, Heather Krueger’s time was running out when a kind stranger, Chris Dempsey, heard of her situation and discovered he was a perfect match. The two met and before long a friendship developed into romance. The movie follows Heather and Chris’ journey over three Christmases as his selfless gesture leads to a Christmas miracle for everyone.

10. Memories of Christmas

When Noelle inherits her late mother’s house, she finds out that her mother had been hiring someone to decorate it named Dave. The deal is off, but Dave convinces Noelle to let him carry on the tradition. As the display goes up, Noelle’s defenses start to come down. She embraces the town’s Christmas gala that was her mother’s legacy and develops a love for the holidays

11. Time for Me to Come Home for Christmas

It is the last Friday before Christmas in New York City and a storm is brewing. Small-town businesswoman Cara Hill is meeting with her banker while country music star Heath Sawyer is playing Madison Square Garden. When the flight to Tulsa that they are both supposed to be on gets canceled, the unlikely pair winds up traveling together. Each has a secret that they have held in. Will they each yet their Christmas wish? Time for Me to Come Home for Christmas is a touching story about finding a way home after a loss — to your family and to your own true self.

12. Northern Lights of Christmas

Zoey Hathaway has been working toward her goal becoming a pilot for years, but things change when she unexpectedly inherits a reindeer farm, along with the ranch hand Alec Wynn. Now, having to take care of all of her new responsibilities, she is unsure of why exactly this has all happened. Alec has his own way that he wants to run things. He opens up when he realizes that Zoey is beginning to trust him. Can you find happiness in the most unlikely of places when you open yourself up and let others in?

13. Small Town Christmas

Author Nell Phillips’ first book has become a surprise bestseller of the Christmas season. Nell’s last stop on a nationwide book tour takes her to Springdale, the hometown of Emmett Turner, a young man she met over five years ago while both were junior copy editors at a New York publishing company. Nell was hurt when Emmett stood her up for a dinner date and then left New York without any explanation. As Nell is quick to admit, Emmett’s colorful, nostalgic descriptions of Springdale inspired her to write this book that is shaping her life and especially this holiday season.

14. Christmas at Grand Valley

Burned out from the gallery world, an artist named Kelly returns home to Grand Valley just in time for Christmas. Maybe her hometown’s favorite season will rejuvenate her love of art, and open up a new path for her. Leo, a businessman, and a single father has a hard time balancing things this time of year. When he is assigned to review a hotel in Grand Valley for its value, he takes advantage of this perfect opportunity for a family vacation. It is not long before Leo and Kelly meet. it is not long before Kelly remembers her love for her favorite traditions when she gets to share them with Leo and his children.

15. Christmas Bells Are Ringing

Samantha, a freelance photographer, is returning to Cape Cod for the first time since the death of her mother years earlier. She is going to celebrate her father’s Christmas Eve wedding to the lovely Helen but is anxious to revisit past memories. However, having never been to the Cape during winter, she finds that it is a whole new experience. On deadline for a big Christmas spread that could ignite her career, she asks for help from her childhood friend, Mike, to show her around. In the time she spends in Cape Cod with her dad, Helen, and Mike, she finds meaning in her creativity and remembers that Christmas is wherever your family is.
