Darkness and light join together at dusk
Blending a moment, exactly in touch.
Two lovers seek to fulfill luring lust
Whispering tender words of love and such.
Slowly, the light begins to fade away
Darkness’ caress, pulls light to its arms.
In the shadows, the lovers dwell to stay
Seeking pleasure within intimate charms.
The sun slips into dark, colors array
Bleeding into night’s pale violet moonlight.
Night shrouds the two in secret where they lay,
Touching each other their only way of sight.
The sun gone, moon and stars did overtake,
As the lovers become one in their wake.
