Our problems are self inflicted

It’s funny to me how most of our problems are self inflicted.

Which means if we pay better attention to our actions, emotions, and are all around more introspective, we will be healthier and happier in turn.

Not to mention the spiritual and emotional benefits of trying to help others.

The problem about our problems is we get focused on our problems rather than our actions that are the root of the problem. So when you feel in the muck and in the thick of it, that’s the best time to take a step back and take stock of what you’re doing that could cause this conundrum you’re in. If this was done more often I think most of our problems would be outgrown.

That being said, I need better sitting posture.
