Heya, Hunters! A new build is out for Coin Hunt World. Let’s take a closer look at the changes!

Introducing: Sushi Restaurants!

NOTE: this feature is currently in beta testing and is only available in select cities (see below). Once we are happy with how everything works, all players will be able to build their own Sushi Restaurants.

The following capital cities will have an active Sushi Restaurant structure during the beta test: Washington D.C., Ottawa, London, Cardiff, Belfast, Edinburgh, San Salvador, Manilla, and Kuala Lumpur.

Starting August 4th, you will be able to find Sushi Restaurants on the Coin Hunt World map in each country’s capital. They will always be placed on top of a real-life sushi restaurant. If you decide to have a meal in the real life restaurant, you will be able to do the Sushi Quest inside Coin Hunt World at the same time, earning Sushi reward boxes.

A Sushi Restaurant in CHW

How do you earn the Sushi reward box? Simple! Just sit down and have a meal in the restaurant! Tap the game version of the restaurant in the app to start the quest. Your Cubie will start eating a meal. Now just put your phone down and enjoy your own sushi. 45 minutes later, you will be able to pick up a Sushi reward box!

Sushi Reward Box

Inside this box you there will be:

  • A very high chance for the rare Sushi Chef Cubie Blueprint
  • A very low chance for the epic Sushi Chef Cubie Blueprint
  • Guaranteed Sushi resources

Revamped Resource boxes from Vaults

Addendum: no change has been made to the drop rates of resource boxes. During non-event times, you have a chance of receiving a regular resource box on successfully solving a vault.

If a resource box drops, then the following will apply:

the new rewards for vault resource boxes

We’ve simplified the way regular resource boxes work. These are the grey boxes that drop from solving vaults when there are no special events active. These boxes now drop a fixed amount of resin based on their tier. Only the lower tier vaults can drop the basic color cubie Blueprints. Green and yellow vaults now can drop country stamps.

Country Stamps

Country stamps are a new kind of resource that will be used in the future. They are hard to get, but required for building structures in the Cubieverse. We will explain more when we get closer to releasing the structures mechanic, but in the meantime, we wanted to give the hunters the ability to start collecting country stamps ahead of time. A prepared hunter is a good hunter!

Each country will drop their own, unique country stamp!
