A Busy Month Ahead
We made it to October, and there is so much stuff happening in the coming weeks that we decided to create an article to highlight some of these changes and improvements to the game! Let’s take a look!
Green and Yellow Vault Improvements
We decided to revert the green and yellow vault respawn timers back to their original timing schedule. This means that:
- Green vaults respawn every 24 hours (noon UTC)
- Yellow vaults respawn every week (Mondays at noon UTC)
We hope that you enjoy this buff to green and yellow vaults! This change will happen by end of the week.
Coin Hunt Fest Details
Very soon, we will release an article with details on our very first real-life event : Coin Hunt Fest 2023! Once the article is out, we will also start selling special Blueprints in the shop. These Blueprints will act as entry tickets to the event. Keep an eye out for the article if you want to attend Coin Hunt Fest in 2023!
Halloween is Back!
For many hunters, myself included, this is their favorite event of the year! Starting on October 25 at 00:00 UTC and ending Oct 31 at 23:59 UTC, this event is back, and it’s bigger and bolder than ever!
- A huge Halloween costume contest with big prizes!
- 3 returning cubies : Pumpkin (common), Monster (rare), Mummy (rare)
- 4 new cubies : 1 new common, 3 new epics!
- Halloween now also has a quest chain! Featuring a Halloween themed HQ skin, unique NFTs and off course: the big tickler!
- The Cauldron mechanic is back, better than ever! Walk & hunt to spawn magical cauldrons in your neighborhood to obtain exclusive Halloween goodies!

NEW SYSTEM LAUNCH : The Adventure Road!
On November 1st at 00:00 UTC, we will launch a long-awaited brand new feature to Coin Hunt World: the Adventure Road. This is a huge quest chain that lasts an entire month, with over 50 unlockable rewards along the way. Hunt your way to the top by finishing new daily quests and hunting hard! The further you get on the Adventure Road, the better the rewards!
The main path of the Adventure Road is FREE to play. You will gain rewards for your achievements as you travel along the Adventure Road during the month. But, we all know a dedicated hunter wants to explore every path, climb every mountain, and ford every stream! Therefore….
For additional rewards as you progress, you can purchase an Adventure Pass with Crystal Keys. Doing so will boost your Adventure Road, unlocking a whole set of extra rewards along the way including epic resources, a groovy HQ Skin and even a brand new type of cubie: Achievement Cubies!
To recap: the Adventure Road is free to play and will be available to every hunter. It is optional to add on an additional boost to your monthly Adventure Road by purchasing the Adventure Pass each month with Crystal Keys.
What are Crystal Keys?
Crystal Keys will be a new feature in Coin Hunt World in November! Crystal Keys are an entirely new currency system in Coin Hunt World, used to build out our metaverse called the Cubieverse! Currently we plan to allow players to purchase the Adventure Pass using Crystal Keys, and more functions will come with time.
You cannot use Crystal Keys to open vaults. However, you can use your crypto that you’ve collected in the game, to purchase Crystal Keys!
Players on Android phones will also be able to buy Crystal Keys through the Google Play Store. For players on iOS, we continue to work with Apple on their approval processes, and will provide information as we are able to. Please note that players on iOS can still use their in-game crypto to purchase Crystal Keys!
Regular keys will still be available for free in your mystery boxes and through completion of walking quests.
Achievement Cubies
Achievement Cubies cannot be created by printing. Instead they can only be obtained by players by achieving a specific task. The first Achievement Cubie is the first in a series of twelve Zodiac Cubies: the Scorpio Cubie! It can only be obtained by completing the entire Adventure Pass of November.

Happy Hour Fix
Also, in November we will release a new system that fixes an issue with Happy Hour. Once this fix is in place, every time you solve a boosted category during Happy Hour, you will 100% receive a resource box with boosted paint drops.
Tagging
And finally, also scheduled for November is the tagging system. The first milestone towards the building layer of the Cubieverse. A more detailed article about tagging will appear mid November!
