Transitioning to the Cubieverse!
Attention Hunters: Prepare to embark on a new adventure!
Three years ago, we launched the Coin Hunt World Beta with the intention of exploring various innovative gaming models, gathering valuable data and feedback, and learning how to create a completely unique geo-location game. Our aim was to design a game where players have significant creative control over the game map and are encouraged to engage in healthy activities to progress further into the virtual world.
We are excited to announce that we are now nearing the end of this beta phase and ready to take the next step: Welcome to the Cubieverse!

Say Hello to CubieCoins, the currency of the Cubieverse!
This summer, Titanium Toaster will unveil a brand-new gaming experience for hunters worldwide. While it’s not quite ready yet, we will begin to introduce the numerous changes in store, starting with our revamped reward system.
In the Cubieverse, players earn CubieCoins by engaging with the virtual world. The value of CubieCoins is stable and is as follows:
1,000 Cubiecoins = $1
These Cubiecoins can then be exchanged for cryptocurrency, gift cards, exclusive in-game items, and much more!
How many CubieCoins can I collect?
Cubieverse introduces a completely redesigned reward system, offering a diverse range of rewards. Each country will have its own set of reward tables for all vaults, with CubieCoin earnings determined by several factors:
Base Table + Power Level + Country Modifier + Boost level
Base table
The base table is the same for each country. Every reward calculation starts here.
Power level
This represents the level of the structure that is giving you the reward and the level of the cubie staffing it. The higher its level, the more effect it will have on the reward amounts. Players will be able to level up their cubies as soon as Cubieverse launches, upgrading structures will follow shortly after.
Country Modifier
The Country Modifier is a dynamic score we give to each country that represents the cost of doing business + the revenue potential of that country at that time. Simply put, the more successful Cubieverse gets in your country, the more cubie coins will drop from vaults in that country.
The country modifiers will be revealed once we get closer to the release.
Boost level
In a feature coming later this year, anyone will be able to boost certain structures in the Cubieverse. This feature is designed for Business Owners who want to attract additional customers to their physical location.
New Gameworld Map
Cubieverse brings you an entirely new GLOBAL POI system, featuring vaults in nearly every country worldwide! Each nation will be populated with a new set of system vaults (80% white & 20% blue). Due to this remapping, there will be a lot more points of interest in the new Cubieverse map!
Players will maintain ownership of the land surrounding their UVs, which were initially created in Coin Hunt World. While the UVs themselves will not be transferred, players can reconstruct them in the Cubieverse using the innovative new build system. For the first three months, only the landowners can build on their respective territories.`
Land that is not owned by anyone in Cubieverse is first come, first build.
Upon Cubieverse’s launch, the map will not include green system vaults, but player-claimed green vaults will be present. Yellow vaults, cranes, and printshops will be transferred to the Cubieverse with only minor changes.
Red vaults are back in town! Yes, you heard that right, Red vaults will make a comeback in a new & surprising mechanic.
Additionally, both the Hawaii and Las Vegas Monuments will be relocated to the Cubieverse and will be permanently open to anybody who has not finished them yet!
What about my inventory?
- Player inventories will get transferred from Coin Hunt World to Cubieverse.
- So all your resources, cubies, blueprints, etc. will all get transferred when you create your account on Cubieverse.
What about the crypto I collected?
All the crypto in your Coin Hunt World Inventory will get converted into CubieCoins using market values.

What can I do with CubieCoins?
Use in the auction house
In Cubieverse the auction house will operate in CubieCoins instead of keys.
Convert to Gift Cards
Once Cubieverse goes live, players will be able to convert CubieCoins into Gift cards at various player build structures.
Example:
Player Igor784 has collected 10,000 CubieCoins playing Cubieverse. He walks over to his local pizza hut where another player has just finished construction of a Pizzeria structure. Igor 784 can interact with the pizzeria structure, pays a green key and converts 10,000 CubieCoins into a $10 Pizza Hut gift card instantly. Igor784 can now use this gift card code to immediately buy himself a pizza or keep it for a later occasion.
Convert to Crypto
Example:
Player Zorro has collected 75,000 CubieCoins playing Cubieverse. He walks over to a bank structure that was built by a local player. Zorro can interact with the bank structure and can browse the list of available crypto coins he can convert CubieCoins into. Zorro decides to pay a green key to convert 10,000 CubieCoins into $10 worth of BTC. The BTC will arrive in Zorro’s connected crypto exchange in a few minutes. Zorro now has 65,000 CubieCoins left.
Convert to Crystal Keys
when Cubieverse launches, for CHW players ONLY, and only for a limited time, players will be able to convert up to 100,000 CubieCoins to crystal keys.
What is happening next?
This week :
- CHW goes into park mode, no new functionality will get added.
- Players won’t be able to build new UVs or demolish existing UVs
- The land around the UV’s of each player today, is the land they will own in Cubieverse
- Work starts on the new rewards & export system
- Future Uphold exports have been disabled; Thursday 4/27 will be the final Uphold export. Remember, many Cubieverse structures will allow you to export to crypto or gift cards!
- Coin Hunt World will start to drop CubieCoins instead of crypto.
- In Coin Hunt World, only the base table will be active. In Cubieverse, the rewards will be different in each country based on the formula as explained earlier in this article.

FAQ
- Will there be a one-time withdrawal for players in countries that have not yet had withdrawals?
- No. All players (whether they live in an export-enabled country or not) will have their full value of crypto converted into CubieCoins.
- What will happen to my User Vaults?
- Your UVs will not come over to the Cubieverse, but in Build mode, the land around your UVs from Coin Hunt World will be reserved for you. You and other players may tag points of interest in your land. Once there are appropriate tags, you will be able to use Build mode to build appropriate structures e.g. bus stop, restaurant, ATM (vending machine). You will have to build your structures in the Cubieverse. More details will come in our Hunter’s Lodge on May 7.
- Is 1,000 CubieCoins equal to $1 USD?
- Yes, this is the value of CubieCoins. Modifiers can change how many Cubiecoins you get from interacting with the Cubieverse. For example, the base table rewards a yellow vault solve with up to 6,000 CubieCoins, but country modifiers , Power levels and Boosts could increase the number of Cubiecoins you get for a yellow vault solve.
- Do I still have to wait for weekly payouts?
- No, once an exchange structure (such as a bank) is built in the Cubieverse near you, when you visit the exchange structure, you will be able to convert your CubieCoins into the crypto of your choice (as long as it’s supported by that exchange), and then the crypto will be exported within minutes to your exchange account.
- How do I get into the Cubieverse beta?
- Check out the sign up form to get on our list for the Cubieverse beta! This will be a closed beta at first.
- What happens to existing green vaults?
- Player-claimed green vaults (green user vaults) will migrate over to the Cubieverse. Where unclaimed green vaults exist in Coin Hunt World, there will be green vault tags in Cubieverse, ready for players to claim when we migrate.
- What happens to my keys?
- Your keys will transfer over to Cubieverse.
- What’s the cost to use structures?
- Interacting with the Cubieverse will require keys still. The value of the key required to interact with a structure will depend on the structure.
- What will happen to my Uphold?
- Uphold will be unlinked with this patch. Any crypto you have remaining will be held in your inventory and converted to CubieCoins. Thursday’s Uphold export (4/27) will still occur.
- How many tags do I need before I can build something in the Cubieverse?
- The number of tags required to build will depend on the kind of structure/point of interest you are building.
- Will there be pre-populated tags in the Cubieverse?
- Yes, we have a large data set of reliable tags and will pre-populate many tags in the Cubieverse.
- What will happen to players in countries where Coin Hunt World was not previously launched?
- The daily question will go away. Players who did collect crypto with the daily question will have their crypto converted to Cubiecoins.
- What will happen to the monthly leaderboard?
- We will keep doing the monthly leaderboard and prizes until we launch Cubieverse. Then we will switch over to the Cubieverse leaderboard.
- Will all countries drop white paint in the Cubieverse?
- Yes, all countries will drop white paint in the Cubieverse.
