Attention Hunters!

It’s that time of the year again: we are about to embark on the second big Coin Hunt World Anniversary Event! This year the event is so big, we had to split it into two parts. This week Part 1 will launch at midnight on September 8 UTC. Let’s take a closer look!

Revamped Reward system

the new reward system will be applied to all vaults

Once the event starts, a new way of obtaining rewards from vaults will kick in. Every time you open a vault, you have an equal chance to receive one of the following options:

  • a crypto box, containing the usual amount of Bitcoin or Ethereum
  • a Cubie Air resource box, containing a random Cubie Air resource and possibly one of the new resources
  • a choice of either 1 of the above, you can pick one!

As a result, you will now have the ability to influence the frequency of crypto vs resources that you receive. If you prioritize crypto you will receive fewer Cubie Air resource boxes, and if you prioritize resource boxes you will receive less crypto. Go for a hunt and experiment with this new system!

6 new Cubies!

During Part 1 you will be able to obtain 6 new cubies:

New common Cubie: Zach the Marshaller!

This new Blueprint can only be obtained from the Cubie Air Quest Chain. Complete blocks in the Quest Chain to obtain the Marshaller Blueprint!

Zach the Marshaller Cubie

New Rare Cubies: The Cubie Air Flight Attendants!

You can find a rare Flight Attendant Cubie Blueprint by hunting during Part 1. When you find the Flight Attendant BP and bring it to a printshop with the required resources, it will print a random one out of the following 3 flight attendant cubies:

Flight Attendant Cubie Natalie
Flight Attendant Cubie Jamie
Flight Attendant Cubie Angela

New Epic Cubies: The Pilot Cubies!

You can find an epic Pilot Cubie Blueprint by hunting during Part 1. When you find the Pilot BP bring it to a printshop with the required resources, it will print a random one out of the following 2 pilot cubies:

Pilot Cubie Laura
Cubie Pilot George

Cubie Air Resource Box!

Cubie Air Resource Box!

During Part 1 of the event, white and blue vaults will start dropping Cubie Air Resource boxes. Inside these boxes you have a low chance to find the Flight Attendant Cubie Blueprint and a very low chance to find the Pilot Cubie BP. The blueprints are hard to drop but the boxes will always contain some of the resources required to print them!

Cubie Air Quest Chain

look for the pilot hat icon

Once the event goes live, you will notice a pilot hat icon on the map. This will take you into the Cubie Air Quest Chain!

Progress through the quest chain to unlock various rewards. One of the early rewards that is very easy to obtain is a cool Cubie Air NFT so make sure to take a look. Also fairly easy to get is the blueprint for Zach, the Marshaller Cubie! You will receive the Marshaller Cubie Blueprint after the quest block where you open 3 mystery boxes.

In white-tier countries, you will also have to do a few extra tasks to obtain the Marshaller Cubie Blueprint, but there will be an extra reward for your extra effort :)

If you like a challenge, try to complete the entire quest chain! It’s not easy, but there are some great rewards to be earned, including:

  • a new Cubie Display Case!
  • a Boarding Pass for Part 2 of the event after equipping a rare Flight Attendant Cubie
  • the Big Tickler chest containing a bunch of epic resources along with a unique Cubie Air HQ Skin after equipping an epic Pilot cubie and finishing the chain!

Let’s take a look at the quest chain:

For the hardcore hunters, the first 5 players to finish the quest chain in each country get an additional reward: a exclusive behind the scenes NFT Artwork signed by the development team!

This is what will be happening in the Cubieverse for the upcoming days, so get ready for some epic hunts and stay on the lookout for the article for Part 2, coming in 2 weeks!

Happy Hunting!
