Because of the high frequency of promotions, it took time for us to verify winners and distribute the prizes, which has caused delay in the prize distribution, and therefore, inconvenience to some users. We are improving our prize distribution system to ensure timely delivery of prizes in the future.
2. Real-time online customer support
We are improving the efficiency of our ticketing system and the real-time customer support system is under construction. In the future, our users will be able to live-chat with our customer support on CoinAll App and the computer. Meanwhile, our volunteers will continue to answer questions in our community as many as possible. For unanswered questions, you may submit a ticket for further assistance. Please do not contact any admin or customer support staff in private in order to avoid scams.
3. Improve platform trading experience
Mainstream assets such as BTC and ETH have existed for a long period of time and have many traders. Therefore, CoinAll’s main trading volume is concentrated on major coins such as BTC and ETH. And there are many types of emerging assets in small tokens, so in the future, we will strengthen our risk control and technical capabilities to select quality projects, to serve global users and quality projects. At the same time, we will continue to upgrade the platform’s trading system and security system in the future to create a smooth and secure trading experience for users.
4. Explore use cases of CoinAll Star Point
The CSP system is an innovative points program developed by CoinAll. As it is still in beta, its use cases are currently limited. In the future, CSP will gradually develop more usage scenarios, and users with ideas are welcome to give us valuable suggestions to jointly develop the ecology of CSP.
