Hey everyone, I’m Anna and I’m the part of Communications Team at CoinBundle. Every day we wake up to make the best product in the industry, interact with an ever-growing audience, and solve an increasingly complex number of issues for our customers.

Our support team is expanding and is ready to accept new, like-minded people. We need people who are ready to not lose their spirit at the sight of a large number of requests, love to communicate with people, and are able to find unusual solutions to common problems.

So now we are looking for a Customer Support Manager to join our team! This position is remote, but that doesn’t make it any less interesting. Although specific programs will dictate the Customer Support Manager’s undertakings, there are several primary responsibilities common to this role. A review of our current needs identified the following main tasks and responsibilities.

Technical Requirements:

  • Assist customers with signing up for investment opportunities on CoinBundle
  • Inform customers of additional opportunities that the steady platform identifies to further increase supplemental income
  • Work effectively within multiple platforms while assisting customers
  • Experience using Slack, Telegram, Facebook, Twitter, Freshdesk, and other platforms
  • Absorb & relay information to potential customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Use critical thinking to efficiently and effectively resolve customer inquiries

Key Competencies:

  • Minimum of 1 year of support experience in an IT environment
  • Bilingual: fluent English and any other language
  • Interest in Crypto and understanding the difference between bitcoin and cryptography
  • Perfect communication skills
  • Desire and ability to quickly learn new things
  • Verbal and written communication
  • Enhanced problem analysis and solving skills
  • The ability to find answers using Google and other search engines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptability to changes
  • Must be an empathetic problem solver with a drive to help others
  • Willingness to work in a startup, which means flexible hours and daily tasks
