May 2017 has been an incredibly busy month for everyone involved in the crypto-currency space. We work with many crytpo companies in Canada and through my discussions with these companies I can say that this month has been one of the busiest in history for everyone involved.

Bitcoin volumes blow up!

We have seen prices go from $2000 CAD, to $3700 CAD, back down to $2900 CAD and now at the time of this article somewhat stabilized at $3300 CAD.

As bitcoin becomes more popular, the services which Canadian consumers rely on are also getting A LOT busier. In May, Coincards.ca saw an increase of 250% volume over our average monthly sales.

We want to take this opportunity to thank everyone while we worked through this growth. Orders may have been delayed at times, support responses may have taken longer to receive answers, and gift cards may have taken a bit longer to get to you.

As a part of this commitment, we have hired new staff to assist in both Customer Service and Order Processing. Coincards.ca order processing times should now be a fraction of what you were used to.

We have also implemented a new payment processing system, which allows us to start processing after only 2 confirmations on the blockchain.

We have also renewed our promise to explore all possible gift card additions and suggestions by trying to add new gift card options daily.

Again, We would like to personally thank all of our customers as we continue to grow. We love hearing from you, we love all the praise and we love receiving feedback. We are so grateful that so many Canadians find our service useful and that we are able to help so many of you on a daily basis!
