Account security has always been our top priority from the day we began our wonderful journey. By following few simple steps, you can make your CD accounts safer. Following are few tips and tricks that can help you increase your account security:

2. Never leave your laptop/computer open with Coindelta account on it. Always logout and close the browser which will remove the remaining cache and local storage, if any.
3. Do not login from a public computer or any unauthorised device or browser. Remember, this is real money.
4. Emails are sent on every login as well as withdrawal. If you find suspicious logins or withdrawals emails into your inbox, immediately contact us through livechat.
5. Keep your phone password protected and enable 2FA on your email accounts. In the event of phone loss, contact us immediately.
6. Coindelta will always communicate to you from support@coindelta.com, support@coindelta.zohodesk.com, hello@coindelta.com and jumbo@coindelta.com . Never reply to emails from any other account and report to us immediately otherwise.
7. Coindelta will never ask you for your login OTP, passwords, crypto addresses etc. through calls or emails. Report such incidents immediately.
8. Always double check the address while withdrawing or depositing cryptocurrencies. Sending funds to incorrect addresses will lead to permanent loss of your funds.
9. We do not have any phone call support. Never reply to any call from anyone disguising as Coindelta employee until and unless you are sure about it.
10. Avoid installing unknown software on your phone or computer. Unknown software may include malicious software created to steal your information.
11. In case you think that your account has been compromised, contact us through livechat and ask for account deactivation immediately. In case you can’t reach out to us through livechat, create a ticket by sending an email to support@coindelta.com and provide as much details as you can.
