1. Is Vitalik Buterin the only founder of Ethereum?
Vitalik Buterin was the person who initially published the white paper explaining his concept of Ethereum in November 2013 at the age of 19. Soon after, other brains jumped on board in various capacities to bring Vitalik’s brainchild to life. Therefore, including Vitalik himself, there are a total of 8 co-founders of Ethereum, the other 7 people are Gavin Wood, Charles Hoskinson, Anthony Di Iorio, Amir Chetrit, Joseph Lubin, Jeffrey Wilcke and Mihai Alisie.
2. Who is Vitalik Buterin and what was his background?
Vitalik Buterin’s genius was recognized as early as the 3rd grade at school. At 6 years old, Vitalik’s parents decided to move to Canada from Russia in order to find better work opportunities. His father Dmitry Buterin was a computer programmer.
