From late January, the team has been busy finalising the formation of Fundi Finance LLC to create the path for angel investment. After months of hard work, we can now proudly say we have our angel investment pitch and public whitepaper ready. Fundi Finance LLC has complied together a legal framework for angel investors to purchase business equity shares.

To date, Fundi Finance has reached out to angel investors in the USA via linkedin.com and received over 20 applicants with initial offers. The team has been busy meeting with the angel applicants over the next few weeks.

Fundi Finance LLC seeks a total of $1.585m in return for a total 30% equity shares of the Fundi Finance LLC.

Raise Allocations
1 allocation = $10,566.66 per 0.2% equity share.
$52,833.33 = 1% equity share of Fundi Finance LLC.
Minimum investment = 1 allocation.
