asquare721 is a decentralized virtual real estate token.

An Asquare token is an unique ERC721 token which corresponds to an unique virtual building. You can own a building to paint it or to resell it at higher prices, in fact you can use any texture on the building (See below example , currently this functionality is in preview mode) and can be connected to a virtual link. Why would you paint a building? because different motives :

maybe there is a special event like a birthday or a holiday and you want to put a nice texture on the building and then give it to your friend or your girlfriend, or maybe you have a brand and you want to put the image of your company on it. The building is an empty canvas, the limit lies in your imagination

At the moment the token functions are limited. You can buy and resell it at the price you prefer, but there is a rich set of features that are in the pipeline to be implemented:

buildings that can be painted and linked to the site that you prefer (ONLY IN PREVIEW MODE NOW).

2. free secure transfer to other people.

3. rentable buildings.

4. demolished buildings, so as to be able to rebuild more or less buildings in the same owned area.

What gives value to an asquare token?, in addition to its unique characteristics, is the fact that it is a very limited token, this because each token corresponds to a building, and 325 buildings are already a small town.

As a launch offer, to populate the city, each token is sold for only 0.016 ethereum. The lucky ones who will buy the buildings not yet occupied can buy the big buildings at the same price as the small ones!
