Crypton Studio shares this point of view, and now we have 5 designers on our team. We are aware of the importance of continuous development and therefore two of our employees took part in the “PROSMOTR” design conference, where professionals share their experience with those who need it.

Artem liked the lectures by the speakers of large teams, and Lera had a chance to communicate and exchange experiences with specialists from different parts of the world. Branding workshops have proved useful, and an intensive on mobile applications helped the guys to understand analytics before developing a design.

Our designers are already applying new knowledge from the conference in their work. For Lera, the conference helped with defending her design solutions. Also, non-standard design solutions made it easier to look at the approach to design development. Artem began to pay more attention to competitors and proposed a concept that he liked at the intensives.

Designers come back from the conference with new insights and inspiration. We are happy to provide such a huge opportunity to level up.
