Libra Blockchain
Yesterday, Facebook announced the most awaited project of the year Libra. Libra is a cryptocurrency aim to “Bank the Unbanked” and create a global inclusive financial infrastructure. Jameson Lopp dug into Libra’s white paper and shared his thoughts about the technology behind Libra.

But after the announcement, U.S. lawmakers started calling for Facebook to halt Libra development. U.S. Rep. Patrick McHenry, senior Republican on the House Financial Services Committee, asked for a hearing on Project Libra in a letter to committee Chairwoman, U.S. Rep. Maxine Waters. Read more here.
