FIFA <> ALTERED STATE MACHINE — Apr 4: FIFA debuted its AI-powered World Cup mobile game developed by Altered State Machine, with plans to integrate NFTs.
BITCOUNTRY — Apr 6: Bitcountry’s Estate staking feature went live. Stakers need a minimum 100 $NEER and hold an Estate with at least 2 land units. Create an Estate from the land units you have because only Estates can be used for Estate Staking.

STARL METAVERSE — Apr 4: STARL announced the launch of its on- and off-chain space-themed gaming metaverse.
WALMART — Apr 4: Walmart filed a trademark application for SAM’S CLUB with plans for VR & AR environments, games, classes, clothing, appliances and performances.
METAMASK — Apr 5: Metamask updated its Web browser version to include a dedicated NFT tab with NFT auto detection, sending of ERC 721 NFTs and ERC 1155 transfers.
OPEN SEA — Apr 5: OpenSea launched OpenSea Pro which will aggregate NFT listings from 170 marketplaces, be usable on mobile, and reward users — not with tokens, like Blur, but with NFTs.
JAPAN — Apr 6: Japan’s ruling Liberal Democratic Party’s Web3 project team published a white paper with recommendations for developing Web3 in Japan, part of a national strategy under PM Kishida’s government.
