Move aside DRIP — Piston Token is THE passive income DeFi opportunity with better tokenomics
Bold statement right off the bat, huh?
You’ve probably fantasized about getting DRIP earlier than you did. Man — what if I listened to those YouTubers or Medium articles when DRIP was $40? $20? WHAT IF I got into DRIP exactly one year ago?

This is great for those of you who may have had buyers remorse or need access to liquidity. Be aware this does come at a penalty as you will forfeit any pending / unclaimed rewards / pay 10% tax on initial principal. This is a huge win IMO — maybe you misunderstood the project or it isn’t for you and you’re able to cut your losses. In DRIP, your principal is locked into the faucet forever.
How does the “race” work?
The race is the theme — the more you compound (nitro) and build out your pit crew (referrals), the faster you’ll win the race.
Same as DRIP — put in your initial deposit, compound/claim a schedule that best fits you, and aggressively build a team so that all of you can share round robin rewards.
Why do I like Piston better?
Lets take a look at this tax table:
- If you buy on the Piston website https://piston-token.com/race you will not pay a “buy” tax.
- You have the ability to exit the project within 7 days due to whatever reason you have.
- Compound (nitro) function is 3% (DRIP is 5%). This tax has better tokenomics than DRIP due to the fact DRIP sends that tax to multiple places — mainly the BNB/DRIP liquidity pool which can have price fluctuation.
- Liquidity pool is tied to BUSD — better price stability rather than worrying about what the price of BNB is going to be.
- Did I mention the price of Piston is ONLY $11 and some change right now?! Can you imagine getting DRIP at $11?!

To incentivize a consistent inflow of value into the system, a distinction is made between new deposits and compounds / indirect rewards from one’s downline, as follows: The total amount in the gas tank can never go higher than five times the amount of deposits into your gas tank. So if, for example, you deposit 100 PSTN, and then you compound daily using the Nitro function until the total amount in your tank is 500 PSTN… ● Your tank is now full. ● Your max payout at 1% per day is 1825 PSTN (500 * 3.65) ● Further compounding will be unavailable, and boosts will not be received from the transaction fees of your Pit Crew. To re-enable compounding and receiving rewards from your downline at this point, it will be necessary to make a new deposit of PSTN. This can be done in one of two ways: 1. First claiming and then redepositing PSTN into the protocol (which benefits the system through taxes) 2. Making an entirely new purchase of PSTN and depositing it
To incentivize bringing in new users through a network of referrals, PSTN can be used to access rewards from your downline (Pit Crew) to a maximum of 15 levels. There are two places where you can deposit PSTN in the Piston site: 1. Your gas tank, which enables you to receive 1% ROI per day on the total amount 2. The Pit Crew Boost system What is the benefit of depositing PSTN into the Pit Crew Boost system? It allows you to receive Boosts of PSTN from the Nitro and deposit fees of users in your downline (aka your Pit Crew). Pit Crew Boosts will go directly into your gas tank. Note: You get access to Boosts from more levels of your downline depending on the USD value (at the time of deposit) of the PSTN deposited there. ● Why base it on the USD value? Because we want everyone to be able to expand their network even when the value of PSTN increases. ● Using this approach, $100 worth of PSTN will allow you to receive Boosts from direct referrals in your Pit Crew whether one PSTN costs $10 or $500. We are particularly pleased with how this system keeps the benefit of network referrals affordable for everyone, even as token prices rise How do these Pit Crew levels work? ● The first level consists of your direct referrals (people who used your referral code to join the Piston project). ● The second level consists of people referred by your direct referrals. ● The third level consists of people referred by your second level. ● And so on, down to a maximum of 15 levels

What I love about this incentive / referral system is it’s tied directly to depositing more Piston into the system. You will no longer have to buy another token, like DRIP (BR34P) in order to reap referral bonuses (pun intended). At one point, BR34P reached a price that wasn’t affordable to the masses and only the OGs of DRIP were able to take advantage of the referral system. In Piston, that will no longer be an issue.
