New Layer 2 Networks: Arbitrum & Optimism on Hashport!
Hashport is thrilled to announce our integration of two new networks — Arbitrum & Optimism!
Hedera’s go-to interoperability solution now supports 7 networks, bridging crypto assets between Hedera, Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, & Optimism.
When we first launched in 2021, we set out to enable cross-chain interoperability and supported three networks. 10 months later in September 2022, we announced the integration of Avalanche & BNB Chain. Now, in February 2023, Hashport welcomes two Layer-2 networks — Arbitrum & Optimism.
Why Arbitrum & Optimism?
Having received feedback & suggestions from the Hashporters, we worked to integrate the Layer-2 networks.
With the integration of the two networks, we also added the following tokens, bringing our token count to 40:
