Orb Retrieval and a Reunion why Both are important to you in Dragon Quest 11

Some enemies just have it coming to them!

So it’s been a bit of a trial starting Part 2, but it hasn’t been that bad and I have to say that I’m steadily working my way through. Now, a few things. One, when you’re fighting by Hendrik’s side in the battle of the Last Bastion, save the soldiers and recruits first.

After that, go and assist Hendrik; really get pumped up like when Hendrik leads the charge, you be like “come and get me muther” but really get into the game. So after you save Sir Hendrik, you’ll guys be quested with getting into the castle from the sewers then basement.

Do it and you’ll be in the prison, explore the sewers then the castle itself before facing off against Jasper and ultimately Tyriant; the latter has the Purple Orb.

Gathering the Purple Orb will give you a clear sense of purpose in the regard that you have to re-collect the other 5, the next one is waiting for you out on the open sea. Remember when I mentioned Alizarin, he’s in possession of your second orb or third.

Either way, if I remember correctly, you’ll gun for Alizarin next. Actually, he’ll find you. But, I get ahead of myself. After getting to the throne room, Jasper will sic Tyriant on you. Now, seeing as how you’re dealing with…
