The gaming business is unquestionably one of the most important and innovative segments of the tech industry today. Its significance in terms of culture, social networking, and entertainment is undeniable. Gaming is currently offering one of the most immersive and awe-inspiring types of entertainment to more than three billion people across the world.

Nobody could have predicted what the gaming business would become back in the 1970s and 1980s when they were tinkering with Pong joysticks in their basements and contending with their pals for the highest Pac-Man scores. Overnight, these simple games would become the bedrock of today’s gaming industry and a cultural phenomenon.

Today’s gaming business has crossed the $300 billion mark, and it continues to push the boundaries of technology and entertainment. We not only have the constant introduction of new consoles, PCs, and devices that immerse us in the game, but we also have the ability to watch some of the finest gamers in the world participate in e-sports and online via streaming sites like Twitch.

Then the advent of Blockchain technology served as a trigger for the momentous changes happening in the tech industry, leading to both the Blockchain and Cryptocurrency as well as NFT industry being the fastest growing technological industry since the creation of the internet.

NFTs, which has given rise to Play-To-Earn gaming (GameFi), is one of the use cases that has emerged out of this extremely revolutionary technology. A relatively new gaming genre in which players can earn, trade, and possess in-game items as well as cryptocurrency tokens through gameplay. The ‘earning’ component of the Play-To-Earn paradigm is facilitated by Cryptocurrency, while the ‘ownership of assets’ inside a digital environment is facilitated by NFTs. The combination of these Blockchain technologies has given rise to a truly innovative gaming direction.

GameFi 1.0 consists of game types including card games, farm games, and Pokemon games, with low playability, low-level expansion ability, simple economic model and the lack of gameplay. The birth of GameFi 2.0 is meant deal with said problem. GameFi 2.0 is expected to have more exciting gameplay, a better economic model, introduction of DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) to the GameFi industry and also break down the barriers between games and establish a metaverse ecology to enhance the interoperability between various game platforms.

One of said Play-To-Earn games that is to lead to the birth of GameFi 2.0 is Sumati World, an innovative gaming product even in the Play-To-Earn game categories.

Sumati World is a 3D open-world blockchain game combining SLG (Simulation Games), ARPG (Action Role Playing Games), DeFi (Decentralized Finance), and Social functions. As a open-world game, Sumati World provides better gameplay with high playability for its players.

Sumati World is run by UE as the framework of game development to replicate reality as much as possible and offer an immersive experience for players.

To create a better economic model, Sumati World uses two kinds of tokens to construct their entire political and economical ecosystem: ERC20/BEP20 Protocol Token used as currencies; ERC998/BEP998, ERC1155/BEP1155, and ERC721/BEP721 Protocol NFT used to sustain all types of assets in the ecosystem.

Also with Sumati World, players gets to enjoy great freedom. With Sumati World players gets to do the following:

With all these, I do fully expect that when Sumati World game is officially released, it’ll take the GameFi world by storm. Expect more detailed articles about Sumati World.
