Three Projects, same Web3: An Exposé on ExploraOnline, DeGenerousDAO, and TracVerse.

Explora Online is a 2D MMORPG game set in the Age of Exploration in the fantasy land of Zerth. Navigating in wooden ships through different seas and landscape across the Zerth horizon, players will have to search for treasures like gold, rare artefacts, and new cultures while ambushing towns and villages and claiming their lands and territories. Authenticated in-game assets can then be converted into NFTs. Advancement in the game as well as upgrade of ship model will, therefore, be based on how much of AZERO-based NFTs users are able to amass and trade on the open marketplace.
Explora Online is built on Aleph Zero Ecosystem, one of the leading chains built on Substrate that has been created to help circumvent the challenges associated with blockchain such as: security, scalability, true decentralisation, reasonable privacy, as well as provision of a robust user and developer experience. Built by a known team with 10 years of experience and two games under their belt, they are halfway through their alpha development of browser-based 2D MMORPG largely focused on exploration of an open world while showcasing how smooth gameplay can be.

and they can also be imported back into Explora Online at any time.
Upon launching, each season is unique, lasting six months long. And because ultimate glory is firmly tied to a player's ability to accumulate the most fame and wealth, users must watch out as other players may be out pillaging. The gameplay promises to be pretty fun with aesthetic upgrade, resources and land management, bribery, buried treasure, tavern games and factions -all piracy-planned in old school fashion.

However, the team is fully aware that launching in a bear market is tough. And they believe that by delivering, giving players something to engage with and eventually adding more, they’ll grow and attract a user base. They have already been accepted into Aleph Zero’s Ecosystem Funding Program, which also means they have docked to Aleph Zero, with nothing but praise for the Aleph Team. They are also collaborating with the highest volume NFT collection on Art Zero, that is Azero Punks. All this is to say that theirs looks like a promising start, and it is crystal clear that they have what it takes to take this to the next level.
DEGENEROUS DAO
DeGenerous DAO’s mission is to support humanitarian services by using the unlimited power of Web3 technology through dynamic NFTs, gaming events and AI-generated experiences within the context of a delicately governed community. The team is composed of seriously connected individuals like “PanopticusV (Founder, Daniel Elkins), Maxi (Co-founder, Uros Trbovic)”. Inspired by the realisation, in 2021, that human minds are just a collection of experiences, they are exploring making NFT traits as memories, showing us living art. This is how the AI, CoNexus, was born.
They recently integrated AI animations to their already massive AI music, art and text storytelling generator.
Logically, because NFTs are highly dynamic, the community is enjoying tremendous engagements. The DAO is launching the Potentials collection. In what is merely the tip of a gigantic iceberg, Inception Arks will be minted for a charity raise, after which the Dischordian Saga, which is a multiverse-spanning story, will begin. NFTs (which are revealed when Arks are unlocked) change based on decisions made, gaining unique traits and creating new story lines while shaping the reality of the world in which the Potentials exist.
Major milestones can also result in equippables, blending their fictional personalities with real life actions. As a community, they go on weekly decision making meetings in their Discord where a new chapter of the Dischordian Saga will be released and delivered in the form of Narrative Governance Story Nodes that define the stories told in the Universe. And while, the stories are on-chain as they are still in data, more will be put on the blockchain with time.
To fund a Global Week of Service charity trip in 2024, they have already donated $125,000 to Lions Club International, a charity organisation that is the world's largest service organisation with a membership of over 1.4 million and over $1 billion in donations. This will actually be the second mission trip with Lions International that they have facilitated. The first mission that had 27 different service projects already took place in Kenya in February, 2023 where Panopticus and his team were able to positively impact the lives of over 25,000 Kenyans.
With the prospect of a second mission trip, this fantastic team dreams of becoming a Kickstarter for charity where holders can approve legitimate causes for public support. There is a revenue generation plan targeting a subscription model of their storytelling products as well as a gaming launching platform with many games and their own token so that resources will not be a problem. They also have plans that with their strong brand partnerships, they will able to scale to millions of users from Web2.
With these, they are indeed off to a blistering start on their noble quest to "make the world a better place".
TRACVERSE
TracVerse is the first AI Web3 interactive storytelling project on DotSama. Proposed in October, 2022, it was perhaps the inspiration for other projects. TracVerse is creating an unexplored omniverse called Maarifa which is built around the concept of "Living Stories". These are stories produced as knowledge assets (on what is known as the Decentralized Knowledge Graph, DKG) that offer the potential to build unique relationships.
OriginTrail's DKG is a technology that forms the very core of TracVerse and facilitates the flow of data in a truly decentralised manner. OriginTrail has a massive number of partners, and they work deep with the BSI, a $1.4 trillion ecosystem. Their decentralised knowledge graph is multi-chain. It includes the relationships between information as well as the information itself. This is relevant now as AI hallucinations, when AI makes up information to fill in gaps, are creating dangerously questionable data. But DKG solves this. Most OriginTrail solutions are designed for enterprise. It's DKG are ready with over 300k assets, projected to hit 1million by November. Now that they can harness Polkadot, and scaling is no longer the bottleneck, the TracVerse Omniverse is launching around the DKG and it is meant for the average random person such that humans and machines can easily comprehend and function within its dynamics.
Users have an identity, a Universe, and by harnessing AI, they can build their own story, evolving their character over time as well as their knowledge assets. This is far different from AI-generated interactive fiction that is usually disconnected. How so? Knowledge assets, even from the real world, can be engaged with here.
Moreso, one of AI’s greatest weaknesses may be solved, as demonstrated by TracVerse’s living stories. Contacts can be preserved in knowledge assets. The relevance, relationships and verifiability allows AI to draw on existing information relevant to a user’s LoreVerse. This is important as AI self-contradicts because it can’t retain enough contacts for a whole story. TracVerse has an extensive lore already created with characters, parallel worlds and AI human corporations that is being projected to show potential on a level thus far unexplored.
Finally, being a first-of-its-kind ecosystem, they have been able to create a fully verifiable and interconnected storytelling ecosystem that cuts across several blockchain networks while harnessing the concept of knowledge assets. Further perks include the use of dynamic AI-compatible NFT assets. TracVerse is far from being just another NFT storytelling project. It is an innovation of its own class that employs a distinctive approach to storytelling in the Web3 landscape.
