$100,000 bitcoin. It’s the great white whale we thought we’d have caught by now. The most recent bull run took bitcoin to new heights near $70,000, twice. In April 2021, bitcoin topped $60,000 for the first time as Coinbase was going public on the Nasdaq. Then in November, bitcoin ran up again, doubling from its summer lows near $30,000.
