Coinplug Team is super excited to inform you that we have launched the Beta version of METAPiE, our blockchain-based NFT issuing and trading platform. METAPiE’s beta version supports the purchase of curated NFTs through auctions, which will happen every Tuesday.
The first auction and an open commemorative event are ongoing at the moment:
The first auction will be for “Commune with… Suwon Hwaseong”, a collaboration artwork between the artist Do Min and AI technology. This piece is a mix of an AI deep-learning printing of Van Gogh’s art and Do Min’s oil painting. One of the added values of this piece is that Do Min was the first artist in the world to collaborate with AI in 2019.
On the 22nd, METAPiE will launch commemorative NFTs containing the career history of Jin Jong-oh, a South Korean sports shooter who competed at the 2004, 2008, 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics. The four most memorable moments of the games (one per each of those years), selected by Jin Jong-oh himself, will be provided as NFTs. In addition, METAPiE will provide separate perks to those users who have all four commemorative NFTs.
People can register in METAPiE using Coinplug’s DID-based MYKEEPiN, but the team will soon open other registration methods. In order to help expand the information about this new way to consume content, the team will continuously provide detailed information about the NFTs traded in the platform and about NFTs in general.
