2. The Indian subsidiary of major global banking and financial services firm HSBC and India’s holding giant Reliance Industries (RIL) have completed a blockchain- enables trade finance transaction. The blockchain-powered letter of credit (LoC) transaction, reportedly the first of its kind in India, involved export by RIL to U.S. client Tricon Energy, which sufficiently reduced both the time and costs of processing documentation. The new system represents a significant improvement in global export market interactions by bringing all parties together on one platform, The Hindu Business Line notes.

1. The Chairman of the State Duma’s Committee announced that Russia will not govern the mining process at all. “We had a thought that we could Integrate cryptocurrencies into our economic system. But since we decided that we are not interested in bitcoin, accordingly, we don’t need mining as well and it won’t be taxed”.
2.Since July of 2018 users of Russian crypto exchange called WEX encounter with withdrawal issues. Bitcoin’s price on WEX rose up to 9800+$ in a couple weeks. All fund withdraws were frozen and disabled. The exchange was involved in money laundering.
