The CoinTiger Exchange is pleased to announce the annual performance (till March 31 2019), and dividend plan.

1.Financial Statement Summary

Note: CoinTiger’s fiscal year 2018 is from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019. All data is for the 2018 fiscal year.

2. Dividends and Implementation Methods

Based on the current stable business situation, cash flow status and future strategic development vision, we will recompense the shareholders actively, and share the company’s development results with all shareholders, taking into account the company’s profitability, financial status, standard operation and long-term development. The company has now proposed this profit distribution plan.

CoinTiger Exchange intends to distribute a cash dividend of 0.554 CNY per 100 TCH for all shareholders, a total of 5.546 million CNY of cash, accounting for 50% of the net profit of 11.092 million CNY in 2018, dividends will be distributed in the form of stable currency BitCNY.

Note: This dividend is allocated according to the ratio of 100 TCH: 0.554BitCNY. The part less than 100 TCH does not meet the dividend condition is not allowed to participate in dividends.

The CoinTiger Exchange will take a snapshot of the user’s assets at 0:00 on April 12, 2019, Singapore time, and distribute the dividends at 16:00 on April 12, 2019 UTC+8, according to the ratio of 100 TCH: 0.554BitCNY to the user account, the user can check the dividend result in [Funds] – [Trading Account].

3. Other instructions

1）Singapore time, April 12, 2019, 14:00–16:00, the board secretary will interact with investors in the CoinTiger chat room to answer questions about investors’ earnings.
