To qualify for IEO participation, users have to own a certain amount of TCH before purchasing SILK. IEO rules and a unit ratio below:

Currency for exchange：USDT

Ratio：1 SILK = 0.001 USDT

Circulation：500,000,000 SILK

Total shares：2,500

Eligibility：Maximum 3 shares for each participant

Price per share：1 share=200 USDT= 200,000 SILK

Shares Allocation：

10,000 ≥ TCH owned < 20,000，eligible for 1 share

20,000 ≥ TCH owned < 30,000，eligible for 2 shares

TCH owned ≥ 30,000，eligible for 3 shares

Rules and Regulation

1. Users must own at least 10,000 TCH(Exclude frozen part) and completed KYC(No restriction of located countries) to be qualified for IEO. The more TCH held the more shares users can buy, maximum of 3 shares only；

2. Delivery will not occur if a user’s USDT is insufficient. Please make sure you have sufficient USDT for settlement ;

3. IEO is in limited amounts with a first-come-first-serve basis.

Trading Time:

SILK/BTC and SILK/USDT trading pairs will be available at 16:00 on July 5, 2019.
