CoinXP engineering team officially launched testnet with block producers spread across North America and Asian Pacific Regions. The testnet supports multiple trading pairs and cross-chain assets custody. Built with Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) and specifically optimized for multi-threading, CoinXP testnet is able to process thousands of transactions per second (Tps). Apart from the official testnet, CoinXP also developed public Application Programing Interfaces (APIs) for exchanges and Decentralized Application (DApp) developers. As a proof of concept, two web exchanges were developed. The demo web exchanges demonstrate the core trading functionalities that can be built with the CoinXP public APIs.
Along with the official testnet, CoinXP team also launched CoinXP blockchain explorer that provides real-time insights into the raw transactions being executed in CoinXP testnet. Internally, CoinXP also incorporated Sumo Logic (a cloud-native machine data analytics service for log management and time series metrics) for real time monitoring, troubleshooting, and alerting. Finally, the CoinXP DevOps team is also in the process of integrating haproxy, fail2ban and patroneos to enhance the security of CoinXP infrastructure. With these measures, CoinXP is building its own application firewall that protects its infrastructure from attackers who target the underlying blockchain technology.
