An invitation to a discussion on Wednesday 29 April in Brum

Liam

I have the privilege and pleasure of knowing a brilliant bloke called Liam, who crowd-published a book about 18 months ago. The book makes the case for encouraging those of us who work in organisations to behave ‘more like people’ towards each other. The title of the book, Anarchists in the Boardroom, gives a hint about where Liam has looked for ideas and learned about tactics which could be, and are being, bought in to organisations.

Liam has run a session for Dudley CVS in the past, and is back on our doorstep next Wednesday (29 April), hosting a participatory conversation at Impact Hub Birmingham’s Opening Festival. Liam will share inspiring ways people are organising for change around the world and open a discussion about moving beyond the politics and tactics of ‘representation’ towards active co-creation to meet our collective needs.

If you’d like to meet Liam and talk about these sorts of ideas on Wednesday (6–8pm) just hop over here to book yourself a place.
