Update on the ColdLar Wallet Pro 3 Flash Sale

ColdLar Wallet Pro 3, the successor of Pro 2 Plus, was launched into the global market through a Flash Sale on September 20, 2018 at 00:00 PDT. The sale took off successfully and continued smoothly until September 22 when we were informed by Amazon that the activity was violating one of their policies. All orders were subsequently cancelled and the online store temporarily suspended the Flash Sale.

Due to the unexpected turn of events, we now wish to clarify that:

1. The orders of Sep. 20 and 21 (7 in total) are considered valid, regardless of Amazon’s cancellation and we are in the process of arranging the shipment.

2. The orders of Sep. 22 are being checked since we still cannot log in our Amazon Shop. If you successfully complete the payment at Sep. 22, please contact xulu@coldlar.com and send your screenshot of order for next steps.

3. We are negotiating with the Amazon official team about the current situation to see when we can have this problem solved. Once resolved, we will let you all know. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you.
