We have heard you and we are excited to launch our full cloud storage product! The past 6 months have consisted of two core challenges. To improve our AI aggregator and launch our new website.
Meet the new website
Since we last saw you, we’ve made some big changes to ColdStack. Our website has an all new look! Our dashboard has improved data folders, upload and download fees and more transparency about the costs.
One of the greatest benefits of web3 cloud storage is its pricing. Now our pricing calculator will help our enterprise users calculate the cost savings for backing up data using our censorship resistant cloud storage. With our full release, we’re implementing improvements thanks to the stress testing we performed during our alpha and beta phases, which we could only accomplish thanks to the many dedicated members of our community who took the time to try out our system. Our full platform release means our AI will be able to take into account a much wider array of factors in determining a file’s storage destination such as file size and file type, in addition to factors such as the frequency files are accessed. These variables play a major role in how ColdStack is able to provide customers with the most cost-efficient storage solutions possible.
Many people have also told us our website needed more info and functionality and we have been building just that. We have introduced testimonials, use cases and have made it easier for our community to market the benefits of becoming a ColdStack cloud storage user.
Benefits like our staking program that will be launched in a few days, as well as tutorials on how to bridge with Amazon Cloud Storage without losing time or data. Over the past couple of months in our beta phase alone we have taken on over 600 gigabytes of users cloud storage and we have only just begun. The ease of our user interface combined with our AI aggregator make ColdStack the easiest and most affordable Web3 cloud for you.
Say goodbye to outdated files
One of the greatest benefits of web3 cloud storage is being an end to end encrypted, censorship resistant data storage network. One of the biggest challenges has been modifying or updating versions of your files. But now with the help of our S3 integration, we are bringing the flexibility of centralized cloud storage to the decentralized web.
“S3 Versioning” is a kind of backup which allows you to keep multiple versions of an object in one bucket. S3 versioning also enables you to restore objects that are accidentally deleted or overwritten with the use of delete markers which can become the current object version. Users can then restore the previous version using these markers. If you overwrite an object, it results in a new object version in the bucket, which can always be restored.
