The Co-Liv Network

GP: Matt, what do you think is missing in current coliving models — whether the young professional Co-Living 1.0 typology or the wider demographic Co-Living 2.0 model?

ML: What about you Gui — what do you think is missing in current coliving models?

While those advantages are great, spaces often don’t think about the most fundamental question: namely, how coliving can become a long-term way of living.

ML: So, that said, how would we define Co-Living 3.0? What would a Co-Living 3.0 model look like?

GP: So Matt, what would this Co-Living 3.0 model look like to you?

A Co-Living 3.0 model would have social and environmental sustainability at the core of its business strategy, ensuring alignment with global sustainability aims such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) and Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) recommendations.

ML: Back to you Gui — how do you think the sector could arrive at this Co-Living 3.0 model, and when do you think we’ll enter this phase?

GP: And what about you Matt, when do you think we’ll get there and how?
