Moonbeam Lands on Collab.Land

Moonbeam has added another important tool to support their creators, artists, and projects! Now Moonbeam-based tokens can be used to bring communities together with Collab.Land.

To Create a Token-Granted role (TGR) with a token on Moonbeam, admins follow the directions below:

1. Head to the TGRs tab of your community in the Collab.Land Command Center and press the + Select Role button to select the Discord role you would like to use with this TGR
2. Enter the token details of your Moonbeam token here:

• Description: Optional field to enter a description of your TGR
• Chain Type: Select Moonbeam
• Token Type: Select ERC20, ERC721, or ERC1155

Note: When using the ERC-1155 token type, you must enter the token IDs for all tokens in your collection in the token ID section. Token IDs should be separated by one comma, and no space.

• Address: Input the contract address of your token. You can use https://moonscan.io/ for getting this information
• Token ID (optional for ERC-721): Input the token ID(s) or a range of tokens
• Balance — Min Amount: Enter the minimum amount of tokens required to get the role
• Balance — Max Amount (optional): Enter the maximum amount of tokens (optional)
• Attributes (optional): For NFT token types such as ERC-721 & ERC-1155, you can add specific metadata conditions which must be met for the member to get the role. If your NFT contains metadata traits and values you can enter them by clicking on the Attributes button, and clicking on + Add metadata

Note: You can find the metadata traits and attributes for your token on https://moonbeans.io/

3. Once you have finished adding your metadata, click the Add Traits button

4. Save: Don’t forget to click save now

5. Your Moonbeam TGR has been created! 🚀

Collab.Land is a read-only application. When you sign a message, you attest that you own a particular wallet address. Collab.Land reads the public blockchain to verify that the wallet address is connected to the required token address to grant a role. There is no opportunity for Collab.Land to have access to anything other than your public wallet address, which is viewable to everyone.
