Welcome NEAR citizens. You’ve made a significant advancement in facilitating your tokenized projects and we are here for it! Now, those who launch tokens on the NEAR blockchain can unite their communities and manage them with Collab.Land.
Collab.Land supports both NEAR fungible tokens (FTs) and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on Telegram, Discord, and for token-gating your websites too.

1. Start with the “Let’s go!” button
2. If you have connected with Collab.Land in the past, you will see a list of previously connected wallets here. Click “Add a New Wallet” for NEAR.
3. Next you will click “Connect Wallet” — this is your ephemeral message, only visible to you. The message for NEAR is even simpler and is slightly different from this one (scroll down to see actual NEAR message).
4. Choose NEAR — Remember that connect.collab.land is the ONLY site for wallet connection and you must click through within 5 minutes from Telegram or Discord. This is for your safety.
5. Next choose NEAR wallet or Meteor Wallet.
6. The following is the flow for the NEAR wallet (Meteor wallet is similar). Please note: BOTH NEAR wallet and Meteor wallet require a small network fee to connect. This is instituted by NEAR itself and no fee is collected by Collab.Land. Collab.Land does not have any access to your funds.
7. See NETWORK FEE ALLOWANCE: You must have .25 NEAR available to transact on the NEAR network. Your transaction fee depends on NEAR traffic at the time of the transaction.
#3 below gives Collab.Land permission to interact with the contract, but NOT transfer tokens. The access key is read-only and cannot do anything beyond verification.
8. This is an example of the actual fee paid during this test. Your network fee will vary depending on the traffic of the chain at the time of your transaction.
9. Once you get a success message, you can close the window and go back to Discord or Telegram.
