MOA to guide conflict

Write a pre-nup of sorts, to figure out how to deal with conflicts

List down the roles needed for the organisation

Hirarchy, organisation, and accountability necessary

Set expectations-be open about them-keep reviewing them

Learn how to deal with different sort of people

Be open and understanding

Don’t judge others-everyone else is also figuring it out

Have a common goal with common intent/reasons

Always compromise when necessary

Friction/conflicts is just as important as having everything go well

Embrace the complexity of collaborations

Everyone should be pulling in one direction

Organisation and structure is important

Handle multiple roles

Don’t allow thoughts to fester
